The standard Yakuza format has 12 players: 7 Citizens, including the Doctor and Detective; 3 Mafia members — the Don and 2 regular Mafia members; and 2 Yakuza members — the Shogun and a regular Yakuza member.

The Yakuza format lasts an average of 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The roles are Citizens, the Doctor, the Detective, the Mafia Don, 2 regular Mafia members, the Shogun and a regular Yakuza member. The Yakuza shoots on the first night, and the Shogun cannot be checked. Read the rules for every role and for voting →

The Yakuza wins when its remaining players equal the number of remaining Mafia members or Citizens — 2×2 or 1×1. The Shogun makes the decision but cannot shoot; the regular Yakuza member fires the shot. If the regular Yakuza member is eliminated, the Shogun can no longer carry out a kill. Full rules →

Yes — if the game is still listed for booking and has an available seat. Exactly 1 hour before the game's scheduled start, the system checks how many seats are occupied by active bookings. If fewer than 8 seats are booked at that point, the table is automatically cancelled. As soon as it is cancelled, a notification is sent to the phone number on your account, and the full amount paid for the affected booking is automatically returned to your MAFIA.GE website balance. This does not mean an automatic refund to your bank card or bank account. Current booking rules →

You can cancel your own booking. If you cancel at least 4 hours before the game's scheduled start — including exactly 4 hours before, the full amount paid for that booking will be returned to your MAFIA.GE website balance. If less than 4 hours remain before the game starts, the payment is not refunded. To choose another time, check the available games and make a new booking; a refund to your balance does not automatically book a new game. Arriving late does not automatically extend your game time. Payments are not refunded for late arrivals or no-shows. If you are running late, call +995 596 00 00 74 immediately and tell the administrator your nickname and game time.

An individual Mafia game starts at 15₾. The exact price of a particular game appears next to its table after you log in — log in and choose a game → For frequent players, a voucher package can reduce the price per game: for example, the current Diamond package includes 46 games for 440₾. With an individual booking, you buy one or more seats, and the total is calculated according to the number of seats selected. Booking a full table reserves a standard 12-player table exclusively for your group; a format tailored to 10–14 people is also available for groups of a different size.

All payments are made online. You can use Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa or Mastercard. You can also top up your MAFIA.GE balance or use an active voucher on your profile when booking a seat.

No. Adding funds only tops up your MAFIA.GE account balance. To play, you must separately choose a date, time and seat and complete the booking process.

Your MAFIA.GE balance is not a bank account. As a general rule, funds cannot be withdrawn in cash or refunded to a bank card or bank account. Returning payment for a cancelled booking to your website balance is a separate process: where the rules allow it, the payment is returned to your balance and can be used to buy another game or service.

To request a refund to a bank card or bank account, you must submit a separate request to the administration. Submitting a request does not mean it will be automatically approved. In rare cases, the administration may allow an exception after reviewing the individual circumstances, in accordance with clause 5.1 of the rules. No. A full table is a private format: only your agreed group uses the room, and no outside players will join you.

Yes — MAFIA.GE regularly holds tournaments. The tournaments page features the Tbilisi Cup and monthly leaderboard tournaments. Each event page shows its status, date, location, format, entry fee and prize pool; the final stages of the Tbilisi Cup are recorded for the GI2GI YouTube channel. See current and past tournaments →

The leaderboard shows each player's position, score, number of MVPs, games, wins and losses, and win percentage. You can select a particular month or “All time”. To appear in the rankings, you need at least 10 completed games.

The ranking takes into account wins, the number of completed games, MVPs and the average website points earned per game. Score = 100 × (W + 10) / (N + 20) + 7 × ln(N) + 0.3 × MVP + 0.4 × avgPointsW — wins; N — games; MVP — number of MVPs; avgPoints — average points per game. A Mafia voucher is a prepaid game package whose total price is lower than buying the games individually. Each package gives you a set number of games to use within the voucher's validity period.

Log in, top up your website balance and go to the vouchers page to choose a package: Silver — 14 games / 180₾; Gold — 23 games / 290₾; Platinum — 33 games / 360₾; Diamond — 46 games / 440₾. Then click “Buy” or “Gift to a friend”.

Yes. When purchasing, select “Gift to a friend”. A personal voucher that has already been activated cannot be transferred to another account unless the terms of the particular offer explicitly allow it. Be sure to select the gift option during the purchase process.

When booking a seat at a table, choose an active voucher on your profile as the payment method. The game used will be deducted from the number remaining in the package; after logging in, you can see the remaining games and expiry date on the vouchers page.

Yes, you can have several active vouchers on one account at the same time. When booking a seat, choose the voucher you want to use for the game.

Validity varies by package: Silver — 25 days, Gold — 40 days, Platinum — 50 days, Diamond — 60 days. Unused games expire at the end of the validity period unless the terms of the particular voucher say otherwise. Current packages and validity periods →

No. A Mafia voucher is used for its games under its terms; it cannot be exchanged for its cash equivalent or withdrawn as money.

Yes. Online Mafia requires an active MAFIA.GE account and the appropriate access package. First, register or log in →, then choose an Online Mafia access package →. Payment is made from your MAFIA.GE balance. After activation, go to online.mafia.ge → and log in with the same account.

You will need a stable internet connection, a working device and a modern browser. A laptop, tablet or desktop computer is recommended for the best experience, though you can also play on a phone. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection and browser work properly.

No. Online Mafia access packages do not have automatic recurring payments. To activate a new period, you must purchase access again; the period starts at activation unless the offer states otherwise. See the access packages →

Please message us on social media: Facebook or Instagram. Include your MAFIA.GE nickname, device type and a brief description of the problem, and send a screenshot or video to help us identify the technical cause quickly.

Registering for Mafia is easy: open this link →, select “Register”, choose a nickname, enter your email address and contact phone number, create and confirm a password, agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, then click “Register”. You will need this account both to book in-person games and to play Online Mafia.

On the login page, click “Forgot password?”. You only need the phone number linked to your account: you will receive an SMS code, and once the code is verified, the system will show your nickname and let you create a new password. Your new password must contain at least 8 characters, one uppercase and one lowercase Latin letter, and one digit.

Log in and select “Edit profile” from the profile menu. In the same menu, you can view My Vouchers, your balance, statistics and bookings, or change your password. If a particular field cannot be edited, message us on Facebook and include your nickname.

No. Each user must use one primary, personal account. Creating additional or fake accounts to bypass rules, bonuses, promotions or restrictions is prohibited and may lead to account restrictions or blocking.
