Daytime Speech
Each player has exactly 1 minute, in table order, to state their position.

Day and Night
During the day, a player leaves the game by vote; at night, a player leaves as the result of a team kill.

🖤 Mafia
The Mafia wins when its number equals the number of civilians remaining in the game: 3×3, 2×2, or 1×1.
🔪 Yakuza
The Yakuza wins when its number equals either the Mafia or the honest team remaining in the game: 2×2 or 1×1.
🤍 Honest Team
The honest team wins when every Mafioso and Yakuza has been eliminated from the game.
Mafia Code of Conduct
- Insulting other players is prohibited.
- Making oaths and using obscene language are prohibited.
- Unnecessary movement and gestures at night are prohibited.
- Using the host’s actions as part of the game or as an argument is prohibited.
- Players may not ask the host any questions except about technical matters.
- Threats and promises concerning what will happen after the game are prohibited.
Addressing Players and Making Nominations
How do players address one another?
Players address one another only by number. A nomination must be made clearly and in the present tense.
✓ Correct: “Accept the nomination of player number 1.”
✕ Incorrect: “I will nominate player number 1.”
✕ Incorrect: “Accept Giorgi’s nomination.”
When is a nomination considered accepted?
The host must say: “I have accepted the nomination of player number 1.” If the host does not say this, the reason may be:
- that player number has already been nominated;
- the nomination was not stated clearly enough;
- the host did not hear it and it must be repeated.
Host Rules
- The host announces the nominations only before the final speaker’s turn.
- Players may ask the host about fouls.
- Every morning, the host announces the number of critical fouls.
- The Mafia has 20 seconds to identify one another.
- Every other role has 10 seconds for its introduction.
- The host may not end this time early, even if a player chooses not to use their action.
Technical Situations
If the Don Fails to Confirm the Kill
If the Don fails to confirm the kill, goes to sleep, and the situation is unclear to the host, the first non-Mafia player in table order dies.
If the Detective Does Not Make a Choice
If the Detective does not check a player within their 10 seconds, they lose the right to make a check that night and go to sleep.
If the Doctor Does Not Make a Choice
If the Doctor does not choose whom to save within their 10 seconds, the save automatically goes to the first-numbered player at the table whom the Doctor has not previously saved.
If the Don Has Left the Game
If the Don has left the game and the two remaining Mafiosi cannot agree on a kill, the first Mafioso in table order is treated as the Don, and the nominee named by that player dies.
