Terms and Conditions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of MAFIA.GE, including user registration, accounts, bookings, payments, the Site Balance, vouchers, promotions, Online Mafia and other services.

1.2. By using MAFIA.GE, creating an account, adding funds to the Site Balance, making a booking or purchasing any paid service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the specific terms applicable to the relevant service.

1.3. The Administration may amend or update these Terms from time to time.

1.4. A particular promotion, tournament, voucher, event, game or other special offer may be subject to additional terms. In such cases, the specific terms apply together with these general Terms.

1.5. Nothing in these Terms limits any user right that may not be restricted under the applicable laws of Georgia.

1.6. The MAFIA.GE website is owned by Full Room 2 LLC (legal name in Georgian: შპს „ფულ რუმ 2“; identification number 400403078). Address: 31 Mirian Mepe St., Tbilisi.

2.1. When registering, the user must provide accurate, complete and current information.

2.2. Each user must use one primary account. Creating additional or false accounts in order to circumvent the Site rules, restrictions, promotions, bonuses or other conditions is prohibited.

2.3. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account, password and login credentials.

2.4. Any action carried out through a user's account is deemed to have been carried out by that user, unless the Administration is notified promptly of unauthorized access to the account.

2.5. The user must ensure that the contact information provided in their account, particularly their telephone number, is accurate and current.

2.6. The user must notify the Administration immediately if they suspect that another person has gained access to their account.

2.7. The Administration may temporarily restrict or suspend an account for security reasons, suspected fraud, suspicious activity or a breach of these Terms.

2.8. A user account is personal and may not be transferred to another person.

3.1. A user may book a Mafia game or another service available on the Site through MAFIA.GE.

3.2. A booking is confirmed only after the user has successfully completed the booking process prescribed for the relevant service.

3.3. Before making a booking, the user must verify:

the selected location;

the date;

the time;

the number of players or seats;

the type of service;

the price;

any additional booking terms.

3.4. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide or select when making a booking.

3.5. Late arrival does not automatically extend the duration of the game or booking.

Important In the event of late arrival or a no-show, the amount paid is non-refundable.

3.6. Where necessary, the Administration may change the table, host or other organizational detail for a particular game, provided that this does not materially alter the nature of the service purchased by the user.

3.7. MAFIA.GE may cancel or reschedule a particular booking due to safety concerns, a technical issue, force majeure or other objective circumstances. In such a case, the user will be offered an appropriate alternative or receive a full refund of the amount paid in accordance with clause 5.9.

4.1. The price of services on the Site is stated in Georgian lari (₾), unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant page.

4.2. Payments and account top-ups may be made using the payment methods available on MAFIA.GE.

4.3. A user's account may include a MAFIA.GE Site Balance, which may be used to purchase and book eligible services.

4.4. The Site Balance is not a bank account and may be used only to obtain eligible services through MAFIA.GE.

4.5. As a general rule, funds held in or returned to the Site Balance cannot be withdrawn in cash or refunded to a bank account; any exceptions are governed by clauses 5.1 and 5.9 and by applicable law.

4.6. Before completing a payment or balance top-up, the user must verify the amount payable.

Important Adding funds does not constitute a booking

4.7. Adding funds does not automatically book a game. You must book your preferred time or specifically purchase or book another service. Adding funds only tops up the balance of your MAFIA.GE account.

4.8. The Administration may correct any funds, bonus or other benefit credited to an account as a result of an error, technical fault or other incorrect transaction.

5.1. As a general rule, funds added by a user to their MAFIA.GE account cannot be withdrawn in cash or refunded to a bank account. This restriction does not apply where these Terms provide for funds to be returned to the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance.

In rare cases, the Administration may allow an exception following an individual review of the circumstances.

This rule does not restrict any right to a refund where the obligation to issue that refund arises directly under the applicable laws of Georgia.

5.2. A user may cancel their own booking. If the booking is cancelled at least 4 hours before the game's scheduled start time—including exactly 4 hours before—the full amount paid for that booking will be returned to the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance.

5.3. If a user cancels their booking less than 4 hours before the game's scheduled start time, the amount paid for that booking will not be refunded.

5.4. Exactly 1 hour before the game's scheduled start time, the MAFIA.GE system automatically checks the number of seats occupied by active bookings at the relevant table.

Important Automatic table cancellation or confirmation

If fewer than 8 seats are occupied by active bookings at the time of the check, the table will be cancelled automatically. If 8 or more seats are occupied, the table will not be cancelled due to an insufficient number of players; if necessary, MAFIA.GE team members will fill the remaining seats.

5.5. If fewer than 8 seats are occupied by active bookings at the time of the check, MAFIA.GE will cancel the table automatically.

5.6. If 8 or more seats are occupied by active bookings at the time of the check, the table will not be cancelled due to an insufficient number of players and the game will take place, except in the circumstances described in clause 3.7. If the table is not full, MAFIA.GE team members will fill the remaining seats as necessary.

5.7. If a table is cancelled automatically, a cancellation notice will be sent immediately to the telephone number registered to the user's MAFIA.GE account.

5.8. The user is responsible for providing an accurate and current telephone number in their account. MAFIA.GE is not liable if a notice is not received because the number provided is incorrect, disconnected or unreachable.

5.9. If MAFIA.GE cancels a game or booking, the full amount paid for the relevant booking will be refunded to the user through the original payment method. With the user's express consent, the amount may instead be credited to the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance.

6.1. Various types of vouchers may be purchased or obtained through MAFIA.GE.

6.2. Each voucher may specify:

a particular validity period;

a particular number of games;

specific conditions of use;

additional restrictions or benefits.

6.3. Before purchasing a voucher, the user must review its terms.

6.4. When a voucher expires, any unused games or other benefits are forfeited, unless the terms of the particular voucher state otherwise.

6.5. A voucher must be used in accordance with the terms stated at the time of its purchase or activation.

6.6. A personal voucher that has already been activated on a user's account may not be transferred to another account, unless the terms of the particular offer expressly permit the voucher to be gifted or transferred.

6.7. A voucher may not be exchanged for cash or otherwise redeemed for monetary value.

6.8. A voucher received free of charge as part of a promotion, gift, tournament or loyalty program may be subject to additional terms.

7.1. MAFIA.GE may periodically offer users discounts, promotional codes, bonuses, free games, special vouchers, or other promotions.

7.2. The terms, validity period, and eligibility criteria may vary for each promotion.

7.3. Discounts and promotional offers may not be combined unless the terms of the specific promotion state otherwise.

7.4. The Administration may revoke or disregard any bonus, prize, voucher, or discount obtained through a technical error, a breach of the rules, the use of multiple accounts, or any other bad-faith method.

7.5. MAFIA.GE may modify or end a promotion in accordance with the terms applicable to that promotion.

8.1. Additional digital services, including Online Mafia, may be available to MAFIA.GE users.

8.2. Access to Online Mafia may require an active MAFIA.GE account and the purchase of the applicable access package.

8.3. Where stated on the relevant page, access to Online Mafia is purchased using the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance.

8.4. Online Mafia access packages do not renew automatically. To activate a new access period, the user must purchase the applicable access package again.

8.5. The access period begins upon activation unless the terms of the offer state otherwise.

8.6. The user is responsible for ensuring that their device, internet connection, browser, and other technical equipment function properly.

8.7. A temporary technical interruption does not, in itself, mean that the service has been permanently discontinued.

9.1. MAFIA.GE may keep records of players' games, results, MVP designations, points, wins, and other game statistics.

9.2. These data may be used for leaderboards, rankings, tournaments, prizes, and other game-related mechanisms.

9.3. A specific tournament may have separate rules, qualification criteria, and a system for determining the winner.

9.4. Before participating in a tournament, the user must review the applicable rules.

9.5. If fraud, manipulation of results, collusive play, or other bad-faith conduct is detected, the Administration may:

void the result;

adjust or deduct points;

revoke the prize;

restrict participation in the tournament;

temporarily or permanently block the user.

9.6. The Administration may correct inaccurate statistics recorded as a result of technical or human error.

10.1. Using another person's account is prohibited under all circumstances.

10.2. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited.

10.3. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules, restrictions, bonuses, or promotions is prohibited.

10.4. Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the technical operation of the website is prohibited.

10.5. Attempting to circumvent the website's security systems is prohibited.

10.6. Using automated programs, bots, scripts, or other tools in a manner that harms MAFIA.GE's operation, data, or other users is prohibited.

10.7. Fraud, abuse of the payment system, or any attempt to conduct an unlawful transaction is prohibited.

10.8. Insulting, threatening, or deliberately harassing another user, or otherwise violating another user's rights, is prohibited.

10.9. Any action contrary to the applicable laws of Georgia is prohibited.

11.1. If these Terms are breached, the Administration may issue a warning to the user, temporarily restrict certain features, or block the account.

11.2. In the event of a serious or repeated breach, the account may be blocked permanently.

11.3. If suspicious activity is detected, the Administration may temporarily restrict the account until the matter has been clarified.

11.4. Blocking an account does not release the user from any financial or other obligations that have already arisen.

12.1. The design, logos, texts, photographs, videos, graphic materials, software code, and other relevant content displayed on MAFIA.GE are protected by intellectual property rights.

12.2. The user may not use relevant MAFIA.GE materials for commercial purposes without the prior consent of the authorized rights holder.

12.3. Ordinary personal use of the website does not transfer any intellectual property right to the user.

12.4. „მაფიის ღამე / Mafia Night“ is the intellectual property and a registered trademark of Giorgi Mgaloblishvili.

12.5. Unauthorized commercial use of the name, brand, identity, or associated protected materials of „მაფიის ღამე / Mafia Night“ is prohibited.

13.1. Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with MAFIA.GE’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13.2. The Site may process data provided by the user, including first name, last name, email address, telephone number, and technical information relating to use of the services.

13.3. The data may be used for account administration, bookings, payments, communication with the user, security, service improvement, and other purposes provided for by law.

13.4. Additional matters relating to the processing of personal data are governed by MAFIA.GE’s Privacy Policy.

13.5. The Site administration reserves the right to send informational messages to the telephone number provided by the user, including:

information about the cancellation of a table or game;

notification that funds have been returned to the Site Balance;

a reminder that the game is about to begin;

an invitation to tournaments or special events;

other information relating to MAFIA.GE’s services.

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you may use the SMS NO feature.

14.1. MAFIA.GE endeavors to ensure the proper operation of the Site and its services; however, temporary technical disruptions may occur.

14.2. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, system outages, or circumstances beyond MAFIA.GE’s control.

14.3. The Administration may correct any price, balance, bonus, statistics, or other information displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

14.4. MAFIA.GE is not responsible for any malfunction of the user’s device, internet connection, email provider, mobile operator, or any other third-party system.

14.5. Nothing in these Terms limits any user rights that may not be restricted under the applicable laws of Georgia.

15.1. MAFIA.GE may use third-party payment, analytics, social media, hosting, messaging, and other technical services in its operations.

15.2. When visiting a third-party website or service, the user may be subject to that third party’s terms of use and privacy policy.

16.1. MAFIA.GE may update these Terms in response to changes in its services, features, legislation, or business processes.

16.2. The current version of these Terms will be published on MAFIA.GE.

16.3. Continued use of the Site after these Terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16.4. These Terms enter into force upon publication.

17.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

17.2. In the event of any misunderstanding or dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.

17.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable laws of Georgia.
