Terms and Conditions

1.1. These Terms govern the use of MAFIA.GE, user registration, accounts, bookings, payments, Site Balance, vouchers, promotions, Online Mafia and other services.

1.2. By using MAFIA.GE, creating an account, topping up the Site Balance, making a booking or purchasing any paid service, the user confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the specific terms of the relevant service.

1.3. The Administration may amend or update these Terms periodically.

1.4. A particular promotion, tournament, voucher, event, game or other special offer may have additional terms. In such cases, the special terms apply alongside these general Terms.

1.5. Nothing in these Terms limits any user rights that may not be restricted under the applicable laws of Georgia.

1.6. The MAFIA.GE website is owned by “Pool Room 2” LLC (identification number 400403078). Address: 31 Mirian Mepe Street, Tbilisi.

2.1. When registering, the user must provide accurate, complete and current information.

2.2. Each user must use one primary account. Creating additional or fake accounts to bypass the Site's rules, restrictions, promotions, bonuses or other terms is prohibited.

2.3. The user is responsible for keeping their account, password and login credentials secure.

2.4. Any action performed through a user's account is deemed to have been performed by that user, unless the Administration was notified promptly of unauthorised access to the account.

2.5. The user must ensure that the contact information in their account, particularly their telephone number, is correct and current.

2.6. The user must notify the Administration immediately if they suspect that another person has gained access to their account.

2.7. The Administration may temporarily restrict or block an account for security reasons, suspected fraud, suspicious activity or a breach of the rules.

2.8. A user's account is personal and may not be transferred to another person.

3.1. Users can book a Mafia game or another service available on the Site through MAFIA.GE.

3.2. A booking is confirmed only once the user has successfully completed the booking procedure for the relevant service.

3.3. Before making a booking, the user must check:

the selected location;

the date;

the time;

the number of players or seats;

the type of service;

the price;

any additional booking terms.

3.4. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide or select when making a booking.

3.5. Late arrival does not automatically extend the game or booking time.

Important Payments are not refunded in the event of late arrival or a no-show.

3.6. Where necessary, the Administration may change a particular game's table, host or other organisational details, provided this does not materially alter the type of service purchased by the user.

3.7. MAFIA.GE may cancel or reschedule a booking for safety reasons, technical problems, force majeure or other objective circumstances. In such cases, the user will be offered a suitable alternative, or the booking will be cancelled and the full amount paid for it will be returned to the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance in accordance with clause 5.9.

4.1. Service prices on the Site are stated in Georgian lari (₾), unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant page.

4.2. Payments and account top-ups may be made using the payment methods available on MAFIA.GE.

4.3. A user's account may include a MAFIA.GE Site Balance, which can be used to purchase and book eligible services.

4.4. The Site Balance is not a bank account and is used to obtain eligible services through MAFIA.GE.

4.5. As a general rule, funds held in or returned to the Site Balance cannot be withdrawn in cash or refunded to a bank card or bank account. Any exceptions are governed by clause 5.1 and applicable law. This restriction does not apply to returning a cancelled booking's payment to the Site Balance in the circumstances provided for in these Terms.

4.6. Before completing a payment or balance top-up, the user must verify the amount payable.

Important Adding funds does not constitute a booking

4.7. Adding funds does not automatically book a game. You must make a booking for your preferred time or specifically purchase or book another service. Adding funds only tops up your MAFIA.GE account balance.

4.8. The Administration may correct any funds, bonus or other benefit credited to an account by mistake, due to a technical fault or as a result of another incorrect transaction.

Returning funds to your Site Balance A cancelled booking's payment is returned to your MAFIA.GE Site Balance in the circumstances described in clauses 5.2 and 5.9. You can use these funds to book another game or purchase services available on the website.

Refunding funds to your bank card A refund from your Site Balance to a bank card or bank account requires a separate request to the Administration. Requests are reviewed individually under clause 5.1; a cancelled table does not trigger an automatic bank card refund.

5.1. As a general rule, funds added by a user to their MAFIA.GE account cannot be withdrawn in cash or refunded to a bank card or bank account. This restriction does not apply where these Terms provide for funds to be returned to the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance.

To request a refund to a bank card or bank account, the user must contact the Administration separately. Submitting a request does not mean that it has been automatically approved.

In rare cases, the Administration may allow an exception following an individual review of the circumstances.

This rule does not restrict refunds where the obligation to issue a refund arises directly under the applicable laws of Georgia.

5.2. A user may cancel their own booking. If the booking is cancelled at least 4 hours before the game's scheduled start time — including exactly 4 hours before — the full amount paid for that booking will be returned to the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance.

5.3. If a user cancels their own booking less than 4 hours before the game's scheduled start time, the amount paid for that booking will not be refunded.

5.4. Exactly 1 hour before the game's scheduled start time, the MAFIA.GE system automatically checks the number of seats occupied by active bookings at the relevant table.

Important Automatic table cancellation or confirmation

If fewer than 8 seats are occupied by active bookings at the time of the check, the table will be cancelled automatically. If 8 or more seats are occupied, the table will not be cancelled due to an insufficient number of players; if necessary, MAFIA.GE team members will fill the remaining seats.

5.5. If fewer than 8 seats are occupied by active bookings at the time of the check, MAFIA.GE will cancel the table automatically.

5.6. If 8 or more seats are occupied by active bookings at the time of the check, the table will not be cancelled due to an insufficient number of players and the game will go ahead, except in the circumstances specified in clause 3.7. If the table is not full, MAFIA.GE team members will fill the remaining seats as necessary.

5.7. If a table is cancelled automatically, a cancellation notice will be sent immediately to the telephone number registered in the user's MAFIA.GE account.

5.8. The user is responsible for providing a correct and current telephone number in their account. MAFIA.GE is not responsible for notices not received because the number provided is incorrect, disconnected or unreachable.

5.9. If MAFIA.GE cancels a game or booking, including the automatic cancellation of a table due to an insufficient number of players, the full amount paid for the relevant booking will automatically be returned to the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance. The user may use these funds to book another game or purchase services available on the website.

Returning funds to the Site Balance does not constitute a refund to a bank card or bank account. The user must submit a separate request to the Administration for a refund to a bank card or bank account; such requests are reviewed individually under clause 5.1. This rule does not restrict refund rights provided by applicable law.

6.1. Various types of vouchers may be purchased or received on MAFIA.GE.

6.2. Each voucher may specify:

a particular validity period;

a particular number of games;

specific conditions of use;

additional restrictions or benefits.

6.3. Before purchasing a voucher, the user must read its terms.

6.4. Once a voucher expires, any unused games or other benefits are forfeited, unless the terms of that voucher state otherwise.

6.5. A voucher must be used in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase or activation.

6.6. A personal voucher already activated on a user's account may not be transferred to another account, unless the terms of the particular offer expressly permit gifting or transfer.

6.7. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent or withdrawn as money.

6.8. Vouchers received free of charge through a promotion, gift, tournament or loyalty programme may have additional terms.

7.1. MAFIA.GE may periodically offer users discounts, promo codes, bonuses, free games, special vouchers or other promotions.

7.2. Each promotion may have different terms, validity periods and eligibility criteria.

7.3. Multiple discounts or promotional offers cannot be combined, unless the terms of the particular promotion state otherwise.

7.4. The Administration may cancel or refuse to honour any bonus, prize, voucher or discount obtained through a technical error, a breach of the rules, multiple accounts or other dishonest methods.

7.5. MAFIA.GE may change or end a promotion in accordance with that promotion's terms.

8.1. MAFIA.GE users may use additional digital services, including Online Mafia.

8.2. Access to Online Mafia may require an active MAFIA.GE account and the purchase of the relevant access package.

8.3. Where indicated on the relevant page, Online Mafia access is purchased using the user's MAFIA.GE Site Balance.

8.4. Online Mafia access packages do not involve automatic recurring payments. To activate a new period, the user must purchase the relevant access again.

8.5. The access period begins upon activation, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.

8.6. The user is responsible for the proper functioning of their device, internet connection, browser and other technical equipment.

8.7. A temporary technical interruption does not, in itself, mean that the service has been permanently discontinued.

9.1. MAFIA.GE may keep records of players' games, results, MVP awards, points, wins and other gaming statistics.

9.2. These data may be used for leaderboards, rankings, tournaments, prizes and other game mechanisms.

9.3. A particular tournament may have its own rules, qualification criteria and system for determining the winner.

9.4. Before participating in a tournament, the user must read the relevant rules.

9.5. If fraud, manipulation of results, collusion or other dishonest conduct is discovered, the Administration may:

invalidate a result;

adjust or deduct points;

cancel a prize;

restrict participation in a tournament;

temporarily or permanently block the user.

9.6. The Administration may correct inaccurate statistics resulting from a technical or human error.

10.1. Using another person's account is prohibited under all circumstances.

10.2. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited.

10.3. Creating multiple accounts to bypass rules, restrictions, bonuses or promotions is prohibited.

10.4. Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the Site's technical operation are prohibited.

10.5. Attempts to bypass the Site's security systems are prohibited.

10.6. Using automated programmes, bots, scripts or other tools in a way that harms MAFIA.GE's operation, data or other users is prohibited.

10.7. Fraud, abuse of the payment system and attempts to carry out unlawful transactions are prohibited.

10.8. Insulting, threatening or deliberately harassing other users, or violating their rights, is prohibited.

10.9. Any action contrary to the applicable laws of Georgia is prohibited.

11.1. If the rules are breached, the Administration may issue a warning, temporarily restrict certain functions or block the user's account.

11.2. In the event of a serious or repeated breach, the account may be blocked permanently.

11.3. The Administration may temporarily restrict an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending clarification of the matter.

11.4. Blocking an account does not release the user from financial or other obligations that have already arisen.

12.1. The design, logos, texts, photographs, videos, graphics, software code and other relevant content published on MAFIA.GE are protected by intellectual property rights.

12.2. Users may not use MAFIA.GE's relevant materials for commercial purposes without prior consent from the authorised party.

12.3. Ordinary personal use of the Site does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.

12.4. “Mafia Night” is the intellectual property and registered trademark of Giorgi Mgaloblishvili.

12.5. Unauthorised commercial use of the “Mafia Night” name, brand, identity or associated protected materials is prohibited.

13.1. Users' personal data are processed in accordance with MAFIA.GE's Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13.2. The Site may process data supplied by the user, including their first name, surname, email address, telephone number and technical information relating to their use of the service.

13.3. Data may be used for accounts, bookings, payments, communication with users, security, service improvement and other purposes provided for by law.

13.4. Further matters relating to the processing of personal data are governed by MAFIA.GE's Privacy Policy.

13.5. The Site Administration reserves the right to send informational messages to the telephone number provided by the user, including:

information about the cancellation of a table or game;

notification that funds have been returned to the Site Balance;

a reminder that the game is about to begin;

invitations to tournaments or special events;

other information relating to MAFIA.GE's services.

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can use the SMS NO feature.

14.1. MAFIA.GE endeavours to ensure that the Site and its services operate properly, but temporary technical interruptions may occur.

14.2. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, system failures or circumstances beyond MAFIA.GE's control.

14.3. The Administration may correct any price, balance, bonus, statistic or other information displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.

14.4. MAFIA.GE is not responsible for malfunctions affecting the user's device, internet connection, email provider, mobile operator or other third-party systems.

14.5. Nothing in these Terms limits any user rights that may not be restricted under the applicable laws of Georgia.

15.1. MAFIA.GE may use third-party payment, analytics, social networking, hosting, messaging and other technical services in its operations.

15.2. When visiting a third-party website or service, the user may be subject to that third party's terms of use and privacy policy.

16.1. MAFIA.GE may update these Terms to reflect changes to its services, features, legislation or business processes.

16.2. The current version of these Terms will be published on MAFIA.GE.

16.3. Continuing to use the Site after these Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

16.4. These Terms take effect upon publication.

17.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.

17.2. In the event of a misunderstanding or dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter by agreement.

17.3. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the applicable laws of Georgia.
